We are providing our customers
with a problem reporting format (PRF), in which they can mail
their problems to us which would be replied back from our
support team. We are also providing online support using any
of the messangers . Once the problem is fixed it would be
uploaded on our site and customer who is already under AMC
will be provided with a particular email ID, so that he can
download the same from the site.
