How is the support provided at far off locations

We would be providing our customers with a problem reporting format (PRF), in which they can mail their problems to us which would be replied back from our support team. We would also be providing online support using any of the messangers . Once the problem is fixed it would be uploaded on our site and customer who is already under AMC will be provided with a particular email ID, so that he can download the same from the site.

How much time it takes for installation

Server installation would take around 15 - 20 minutes provided all the necessary hardware configurations are provided. What we install in the server is Interbase and Rainbow hardware sentinel superpro( which is an hardware lock which controls the no. of users to log in as well provides the security to the software).The Server installation would take about 20 mins and clients about 20-30 mins.Powerpro can operate on a single computer but it is more common for it to be installed on a multi-user network. In this case, as a minimum the datafile must be located on the server. However, you then have the option of having a Server Installation or a Local Installation.

How much time it takes for implementation

Implementation can be done by the customert itself...but a training of two weeks is a must for the customer to understand the features of the system

Their would be a media warranty for 3 monthsand after that AMC would be charged.

What are the AMC charges and what do I get for the same

AMC is the 20% of the product cost along with the online support as well as the new upgrades which would be provided after every 6 months.

How the upgrades are planned and how they will be delivered to me

We do upgrades on the users requirement basis. As the requirement is new it is analyzed and after the approval from the "Change Control Board" we would incorporatethe same. This new feature we will release in our upgrades which would be provided free of cost to customers who are under AMC and the rest of the customers who are not under AMC for them it would be charged on the functionality.

Can the product be customised to meet my exact requiremnt

Product cannot be customized

Can the product be installed at more than one server

The product can be installed on more than one Server but we suggest to install it on one Server. Incase you would like to keep the old data , you can have multiple Servers.You can log into the other Servers by changing the database path.

Does it provide automatic backup and restore facility

There is no facility of Automatic Backup and restore facility ,you need to do it manually.

Does it offer on line help

YES, it is provided with a user-friendly online help.

Will it support SQL/ORACLE

It will not support ORACLE/SQL. It will only support Borland's Interbase.

Can Interbase be used for other purposes as well

It is specifially given for ERP. Incase Interbase is used for some other purpose it should be in consent with Visesh.
